“Staff was not the type to go above and beyond. Breakfast was cold. Looks like they are renovating the rooms were very nice. Fitness center is not open 24/7 if that is your thing. I think things are going in the right direction for the hotel but I think this is a transition so there will be growing pains.”

“Pretty bare bones on the amenities. On the plus side, it had a small freezer in the mini fridge to refreeze blue ice and a nice view of Muskegon. Other than that, it is like a European/Big City youth hostel hotel with a grand entry way but tiny rooms with no comforts of home.

No full-length mirror
Only one chair for a two-person room
Very small 1990's computer screen sized TV
